The item that I purchased off your website isn’t quite right for me. How do I go about returning it to you?
In order to return a product, please make sure it is in perfect condition with all original tags/boxes included. Go to the Returns and Exchanges page at the bottom of the website and fill out the form provided. We will get back to you within a couple of working days with an address of where to send the item back to.
Can I take the item that I purchased online into one of my local Stirling Sports stores and exchange it for something else there?
Yes. The store would be happy to provide an exchange for you, given that they stock the particular item that you are exchanging, however, if you would like a refund on your order, the stores cannot process the refund, and your items will need to send the items back. Go to the Returns and Exchanges page at the bottom of the website and fill out the form provided. We will get back to you within a couple of working days with an address of where to send the item back to. Please allow 3-4 days for us to receive your item and process your refund.
Are you able to tell me which Stirling Sports stores around New Zealand stock certain product?
Unfortunately, no. As all of our stores around the country are individually owned, we at online don’t have access to the stores stock lists. Please enquire directly with your nearest stores as to whether they stock your desired item.
I have a gift card from in-store. Am I able to use this on your website?
Yes. In the payment Information stage of placing your order, select Direct Bank Transfer. In the Order Review Stage, write your card number and 4 digit pin in the order comments box provided.
I haven’t received my whole order. I ordered 3 items online and only received two. Where is my third item?
On its way. We source our product from various Stirling Sports stores around the country so for some large orders, one store may not stock all of the items, and your order may be split between stores.
I got sent a Shipment Email with a Track & Trace code but when I go to track it, it says “Ticket not found”
The Track & Trace function isn’t available until about 5pm on the day you receive the Email. Once the courier picks up and scans your parcel, you will then be able to track your order.
Are prices online the same as in-store?
Prices should generally be the same, however as all of the Stirling Sports stores around the country are individually owned, prices on some items may vary.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
For all New Zealand orders, you have two shipping options when placing your order, Overnight ($10) and Standard ($6 or free for orders over $50).
If you place your order before 2pm on working day (Monday to Friday) and choose overnight delivery, you will receive it the following working day. However, if you live rurally, this may be delayed one day.
Standard delivery time: 2-3 working days.
Do you ship to addresses outside of New Zealand?
Yes, we ship to Australia ($10), East Asia ($45), North America ($30), Pacific ($45-$65), UK ($25) & Europe ($30-$35). These are the shipping rates for orders under 500 gms. If your order weighs more than that we will contact you and quote you the freight costs.
Please allow up to 10 working days for international delivery.
