I have a physical gift card that I would like to use online, how do I use it to place an order?

- To use your physical gift card, go to the ‘My Cart’ page before you proceed to the checkout.
- Enter your gift card number and gift card PIN number in the ‘Special Instructions’ box.
- Proceed to the checkout, and choose ‘Bank Deposit’ as your payment option. This means your order will confirm through, and we will manually process your gift card.
- If you have an outstanding balance, you can pay the additional funds directly into our bank account, which will appear once you have confirmed your order.
Can I pay for an item online, and pick it up at my local Stirling Sports store?
Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer a pick-up service for any online orders.
Why is the price on the website different to the price I saw in store?
Because we are a Franchise company, all of our stores are individually owned. This means prices can vary from online to in-store.
How do I go about applying for a job with Stirling Sports?
Because employment is arranged by each individual Franchisee, please contact the store you are wanting to apply for directly to enquire about vacancies. Find your local store
Can you tell me if a store stocks a particular item?
Yes, we are able to look at in store stock levels for products that are featured online. However, we recommend to call the store directly just in case of any stock inaccuracies.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept Laybuy, Mastercard, Visa, Amex and Online banking.
Do you offer Lay-By as a payment option?
Yes we use Laybuy.com to take laybuy payments.
Can I return a sale item I purchased online?
Unfortunately, we no longer accept returns or exchanges on sale items. If you do return a sale item to our Returns Warehouse, we will send back to the address on the original order.
