Shipping is free nationwide for all orders $150 and over. All orders under $150 will incur a flat $8.00 courier charge.

Delivery on all orders is within 1-4 business days to metro areas in NZ. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for rural delivery.

Our service is signature required, unless otherwise stated in the delivery instructions. If you are not home when delivery is attempted, you will receive a card to call from the courier to arrange a re-delivery or collection from your local depot.  

Click and collect

You can choose to pick up your parcel from your local Stirling Sports store. Please note that this may still take 1-3 business days to process as the Click and Collect store you wish to pick up from may not have the item(s) available.


International delivery is within 5-10 business days.

All international orders are shipped to our Online Processing Warehouse and then shipped internationally with DHL. Your international order may show as being delivered in Auckland NZ, however please note this is your order being delivered to our international delivery dispatch point. Once your order has been dispatched from our Auckland Warehouse you will receive an additional tracking number. 

You may incur additional customs/VAT charges if your order is over 500 Grams, you will be notified by DHL if the charges apply. International Shipping Cost: $30.00


where is my order / why haven't I received a tracking number?

We aim to get your order dispatched within 1-2 business days from when your order is placed, however at times we may experience delays in processing times. Our ‘Order Dispatch’ emails can sometimes end up in your junk folders. Please check your junk folder before getting in touch with us.

I am trying to track my parcel but it says “Ticket not Found”?

The Track & Trace information on our parcels will not begin to update until it has been accepted into the Courier Post network. We will send you a confirmation email containing the track and trace number as soon as we have packaged the item up, however the status of the parcel will not show until the item has been picked up by one of the couriers.

My tracking number is showing that my order has been delivered, however I haven't received my parcel?

If your order is showing as delivered but you have not received this please contact Courier Post. If Courier Post are unable to help, please contact us via email at 

I have received one item from my order, but I ordered multiple items. Where are my other items?

Don’t worry, your whole order is still on its way, we’ve just had to organise for some items to be sent from a different store. The other items are being sent to you in a different parcel with a different tracking number. A new order has been created with the item(s) that are now coming separately and we’ll send you updates on the separate deliveries as they are processed. 

My international tracking number is not working, why?

Because we use Courier Post to send your item to our international depot, you may be sent an email with the domestic and the international tracking number. Please use the number with the format ‘6101********’ to track your international parcel. You can track this on

How long will it take to receive my order?

For all orders on standard delivery, please allow 1-4 business days for your order to arrive. Please allow an additional 1-2 working days for rural addresses.
