SHIPPING UPDATE:

Shipping is taking longer than usual, online orders may take up to 14 working days to be delivered.

Where is my order/why haven't I received a tracking number? 
For some of our dispatch locations there is a 3-5 business day delay. We are experiencing increased levels of orders and are doing their best to pick, process and dispatch orders. We thank you in advance for your patience as the team work around the clock to get through the large volume of orders. 

Our ‘Order Dispatch’ emails can sometimes end up in your junk folders. Please check these before getting in touch with us.

I have received my tracking number but haven't received my order?
Courier Post are working hard to get everyone's parcels to them as quickly and as safely as they can - they too are experiencing delays in doing so.

If you have already received a tracking number from us, then please know that Courier Post are doing their absolute best to deliver this to you as soon as they can. As we dispatch from all over the country some locations are experiencing more delays than others so please allow at least 5 working days (10 working days if your order has been picked up from an Auckland store) before contacting Courier Post directly if your tracking has not updated. 

My tracking number is showing my order has been delivered but I have not received my parcel?
If your order is showing as delivered but you have not received this please contact Courier Post. If Courier Post are unable to help, please contact us via email at online@stirlingsports.co.nz 

I have received my tracking number but it only has one item showing/not my entire order?
Your order will have split as it could not be dispatched from the one location. You will receive a separate email notification and tracking number for other items in your order. 

I have received my order but it has been sent incorrectly/faulty?
We are so sorry! Please email us at online@stirlingsports.co.nz with photos or what you should have received and we'll get that sorted for you as soon as possible. 

I want to Click and Collect my order? 
Click and Collect is now available. Now that our stores are re-open at Level 2, you will be able to use the Click & Collect option at the checkout.

 

Standard shipping

Free shipping for orders over $100. All orders $100 and under will incur a $5.00 courier charge.

Click and collect

You can now choose to pick up your parcel from your local Stirling Sports store. Please note that this may still take 1-3 business days to process as the Click and Collect store you wish to pick up from may not have the stock readily available.



Express Shipping (1-2 business days)

$10 for orders placed before 2pm on a working day. Metro areas only.

Economy shipping will take 3-5 business days to deliver to metro areas in NZ.

Express orders must be placed before 2pm to ensure express 1-2 day delivery.

We do not deliver on the weekend. If you have placed an express order before 2pm on a Friday, your order will be delivered on the following Monday/Tuesday.

Our service is signature required, unless otherwise stated in the delivery instructions. If you are not home when delivery is attempted, you will received a card to call from the courier to arrange a re-delivery or collection.

Please allow an additional 1-2 working days for rural delivery.


INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

All international orders are shipped to our Online Processing Warehouse and then shipped internationally with DHL. Please allow approximately 3-4 business days for international delivery

You may incur additional customs/VAT charges if your order is over 500 Grams, you will be notified by DHL if the charges apply

SHIPPING FAQ

I am trying to track my parcel but it says “Ticket not Found”?

The Track & Trace on our parcels will not process until it has been accepted into the Courier Post network. We will send you a confirmation email containing the track and trace number as soon as we have packaged the item up, however the status of the parcel will not show until the item has been picked up by one of the couriers.

I have received one item from my order, but I ordered more than one. Where are my other items?

Because we send out stock from our physical stores, some stores may only be able to fulfil one or two items from your order. Items can be shipped from different locations and will have separate tracking numbers. You will receive a tracking information email with every parcel. Parcels may be delivered on different days/times as they can be shipped from the North or South Island.

My international tracking number is not working, why?

Because we use Courier Post to send your item to our international depot, you may be sent an email with the domestic and the international tracking number. Please use the number with the format‘6101********’ to track your international parcel. You can track this on https://www.logistics.dhl/nz-en/home/tracking

How long will it take to receive my order?

For all orders on standard delivery, please allow 3-5 working days for your order to arrive. For all orders on express delivery, your item will be delivered in 1-2 working days if the order has been placed before 2pm. All orders after 2pm on express delivery may take an additional day to dispatch. Please allow an additional 1-2 working days for rural addresses.
