Free shipping for orders over $100. All orders $100 and under will incur a $5.00 courier charge.
Express Shipping (1-2 business days)
$10 for orders placed before 2pm on a working day. Metro areas only.
Economy shipping will take 3-5 business days to deliver to metro areas in NZ.
Express orders must be placed before 2pm to ensure express 1-2 day delivery.
We do not deliver on the weekend. If you have placed an express order before 2pm on a Friday, your order will be delivered on the following Monday/Tuesday.
Our service is non-signature only, if you are not home when the parcel is delivered it will be left in a safe place e.g. Front door or back deck.
Please allow an additional 1-2 working days for rural delivery.
All international orders are shipped with Courier Post to our international depot, and then are shipped directly to you from E-Retail
Please allow up to 12 days for international delivery
You may incur additional customs/VAT charges if your order is over 500 Grams, you will be notified by E-Retail if the charges apply

I am trying to track my parcel but it says “Ticket not Found”?
The Track & Trace on our parcels will not process until it has been accepted into the Courier Post network. We will send you a confirmation email containing the track and trace number as soon as we have packaged the item up, however the status of the parcel will not show until the item has been picked up by one of the couriers.
I have received one item from my order, but I ordered more than one. Where are my other items?
Because we send out stock from our physical stores, some stores may only be able to fulfil one or two items from your order. Items can be shipped from different locations and will have separate tracking numbers. You will receive a tracking information email with every parcel. Parcels may be delivered on different days/times as they can be shipped from the North or South Island.
My international tracking number is not working, why?
Because we use Courier Post to send your item to our international depot, you may be sent an email with the domestic and the international tracking number. Please use the number with the format ‘6101********’ to track your international parcel. You can track this on http://www.eretaildistribution.co.nz/
How long will it take to receive my order?
For all orders on standard delivery, please allow 3-5 working days for your order to arrive. For all orders on express delivery, your item will be delivered in 1-2 working days if the order has been placed before 2pm. All orders after 2pm on express delivery may take an additional day to deliver. Please allow an additional 1-2 working days for rural addresses.
