— Customers are only eligible to purchase one pair of the Air Jordan 11 Bred across each of the 3 styles. i.e. a customer can purchase one adult, one grade school and one toddler, but they cannot purchase two adult pairs.
— Customers must be present in store to be eligible to purchase; no phone holds will be accepted for this release.
— Customers 14 years or older are eligible to purchase. Any younger customers will not be permitted to receive a ticket in the line or purchase. Photo I.D will be required for anyone who looks under the age of 14.
— Once a customer purchases one or more pairs, they are eligible to re-join the back of the line if they wish to purchase more than one unit within a style code.
— Exchanges, Refunds or Returns can take place only once the last customer in the line has had the opportunity to purchase.
